Research Coordinator

Pulse Market Research is seeking to recruit a Research Coordinator in Nicosia.

Description

  • As a Research Coordinator, you will support the execution of market research projects, ensuring smooth coordination of fieldwork activities and high-quality data collection. You will work closely with the team to monitor progress, assist with participant management, and contribute to the overall success of research projects.

Key Duties/Responsibilities:

  • Support the planning and coordination of fieldwork activities
  • Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timelines are met
  • Communicate with fieldworkers and provide guidance when needed
  • Assist in assigning visits and managing schedules
  • Perform quality checks on collected data and ensure accuracy and completeness
  • Handle administrative tasks related to fieldwork operations
  • Report any issues or deviations during fieldwork execution

The individual should have: 

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and coordination abilities
  • Ability to effectively communicate with fieldworkers/mystery shoppers and provide clear instructions
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines accurately
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle unexpected situations during fieldwork
  • Basic numerical and data handling skills
  • Comfortably using Excel and general office tools
  • Reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility
  • Fluency in both English and Greek (verbal and written)
  • Previous experience is not required

The individual should have:

  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Sciences or any other related field
  • Commercial awareness
  • Interpersonal and numerical skills
  • Proficiency with data visualization tools or dashboard development tools
  • Analytical skills
  • Comfortable in managing data
  • Organizational skills 
  • Attention to detail
  • Be fluent in both English and Greek (verbal and written)
  • No experience necessary
