Pulse Market Research is seeking to recruit a Research Coordinator in Nicosia.
Description
- As a Research Coordinator, you will support the execution of market research projects, ensuring smooth coordination of fieldwork activities and high-quality data collection. You will work closely with the team to monitor progress, assist with participant management, and contribute to the overall success of research projects.
Key Duties/Responsibilities:
- Support the planning and coordination of fieldwork activities
- Monitor the progress of ongoing projects and ensure timelines are met
- Communicate with fieldworkers and provide guidance when needed
- Assist in assigning visits and managing schedules
- Perform quality checks on collected data and ensure accuracy and completeness
- Handle administrative tasks related to fieldwork operations
- Report any issues or deviations during fieldwork execution
The individual should have:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good organizational and coordination abilities
- Ability to effectively communicate with fieldworkers/mystery shoppers and provide clear instructions
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow guidelines accurately
- Problem-solving mindset and ability to handle unexpected situations during fieldwork
- Basic numerical and data handling skills
- Comfortably using Excel and general office tools
- Reliability, professionalism, and a strong sense of responsibility
- Fluency in both English and Greek (verbal and written)
- Previous experience is not required

- As a Research Analyst, you will join our team to create and implement project plans, provide support on data visualizations and analysis, present intuitive and dynamic research findings, gaining exposure to and experience in market research.

- Carrying out research projects
- Design and build dynamic reports using data visualization tools
- Analyzing, translating and presenting results
The individual should have:
- University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Mathematics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Data Sciences or any other related field
- Commercial awareness
- Interpersonal and numerical skills
- Proficiency with data visualization tools or dashboard development tools
- Analytical skills
- Comfortable in managing data
- Organizational skills
- Attention to detail
- Be fluent in both English and Greek (verbal and written)
- No experience necessary
