According to research conducted by PMR in 2023 amongst the general population of adults in Cyprus, only 52% stated that they are perfectly healthy.

Based on previous research findings (2022), also based on the general population of adults in Cyprus, one in three Cypriots stated that they exercise, while almost half stated that they consume healthy foods.
